			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div id="_mcePaste">For the 11th year in a row Lexus has been named the top manufacturer in What Car. The points are based on appeal, quality, reliability, ownership cost and service satisfaction. From a possible 1000 points Lexus scored an amazing 845.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">This was 12 points from the nearest rival Honda who is always a good performer in this with 833 points. Skoda and Jaguar took a joint third place. With Mini and Mercedes following on behind.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Low scores were given to Vauxhall (763), Suzuki (764) and Chevrolet(766).</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">The top vehicle in order were the Lexus IS, Honda Accord and Toyota Prius.</div>

The scheme is looking to implement a further 1150 charge points by 2013 giving London more charge points than petrol stations.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Electric vehicles are currently exempt from Congestions Zone Charge and Road Tax along with government subsidies to help boost the public interest in green motoring. Anyone who purchases a Nissan Leaf will receive a year’s free membership.</div>
